The scoring rubrics are calibrated against a clinical standard, so a 7 means top-decile and a 5 sits in the rich-improvement zone — not a polite compliment. The model is right about the structural calls most of the time and conservative about subjective ones. Treat the focus-area suggestions as starting points worth testing, not verdicts.

Free analyses run on Google Gemini Pro for image analysis. Paid tiers use Anthropic's Claude for the consultant chat and deeper analysis nuance. Image generation (closet processing, try-on previews) uses Gemini image models. We pick the cheapest model that hits the quality bar for each task.

Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Switching between Starter and Pro is prorated, so you only pay the difference.

Today, community feedback is generated by our AI personas, not other members. Future user-to-user feedback will be moderated and opt-in. Submissions are stored in a private bucket and you can delete any submission from the community feed.
